Deskripsi Singkat Mata Kuliah
|
This B1 to B1+ level course aims to develop students’ communication abilities in English through a project-based learning approach, focusing on three main components: public speaking, critical listening, and pronunciation. The course covers the fundamentals of public speaking, including speech preparation, delivery techniques, and types of speeches, while also teaching students how to manage discussion sessions. In critical listening, students will analyze spoken language, and develop effective note-taking strategies, alongside providing constructive feedback. For pronunciation, students are introduced to phonetics and phonology, practice common pronunciation challenges to improve clarity and fluency. Delivered in a face-to-face format, the course offers a dynamic learning environment where students receive personalized feedback, engage in peer-to-peer collaboration, and benefit from immediate support. This comprehensive course ensures that students are well-equipped to develop their communication competencies in English. |
