Course Description
This course provides an understanding and ability about the basic concepts and programs of non-formal and informal education, strategies and methods in non-formal and informal education learning, criteria for implementing strategies in non-formal and informal education programs, as well as various approaches in various kinds of programs organized by the government and the community through explanations, discussions, presentations and assignments. The indicator of success in this course is that students are able to understand the basic concepts and programs of non-formal and informal education as well as strategies and methods in non-formal and informal education learning.

- Understand what is meant by non-formal education characteristics, as well as differences and similarities in formal and informal education. (C2)
- Analyzing the needs of students in non-formal education environments, as well understand the dynamics and challenges that exist in this educational environment. (C4)
- Organize the learning strategies that suit the characteristics of students, learning objectives, and environment in non-formal education (A4)
