Course Description
Formation and development of student competency in the field of Japanese letter writing skills, including Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji, as well as the use of characters used in modern Japanese. This course not only equips students with the ability to read and write letters, but also provides reading and writing skills using Kana and Kanji (including Jukugo Kanji) up to sentence level. Provision of knowledge regarding strategies for mastering Kanji letters as well as the application of letters and Jukugo in Japanese sentences so that students know the differences in the use of several letters according to their needs are also provided in this lecture. This course is carried out using a communicative, collaborative approach using demonstration methods, lectures, drills, exercises and giving individual and group assignments.

- Mahasiswa mampu membaca dan menulis huruf Hiragana, Katakana, dan Kanji dasar secara akurat dan menggunakannya untuk membentuk kata, frasa, dan kalimat sederhana yang sesuai konteks komunikasi secara tertulis pada tingkat dasar.
- Mahasiswa memahami konsep pembentukan huruf Jepang, aturan penulisan, dan prinsip penggunaan huruf dalam konteks kosakata dan kalimat sederhana.
