Course Description
This chujokyu dokkai course is aimed at Japanese language learners with intermediate-advanced level abilities in order to improve their mastery of reading various types of texts by using intensive and extensive reading techniques with the final result being able to develop the ability to produce a real product from project-based learning activities with use of ICT, which prioritizes 21st century skills (6C = communication, collaboration, critical thinking, citizenship, creativity and character) in a responsible manner. Learning applies active learning and project-based learning (PjBL) methods. Assessment and measurement are carried out in the form of objective, subjective (affective) and performance tests.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi dan memahami ide pokok, informasi rinci, serta kosakata dan ungkapan kunci dalam teks bacaan tingkat menengah-atas (Bab 13–18) secara tepat dalam konteks keseharian, akademis, dan pekerjaan melalui penerapan metode case study.
- Mahasiswa mampu menganalisis struktur wacana, pola kalimat, serta aspek kebahasaan dan sosiolinguistik pada teks Minna no Nihongo Chūkyū 2 Bab 13–18, kemudian menginterpretasikan makna tersirat dan hubungan antarbagian teks untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang disajikan dalam studi kasus.
- Mahasiswa mampu menyusun ringkasan, tanggapan, atau solusi tertulis dan lisan berdasarkan hasil pembacaan teks menengah-atas (Bab 13–18) dengan memadukan pemahaman isi, penggunaan kosakata dan tata bahasa yang tepat, serta pertimbangan konteks penggunaan bahasa Jepang pada situasi nyata, akademis, maupun pekerjaan.
