Course Description
This course contains employee training and development; strategic training; assessing needs; learning and learning transfer; program design; training evaluation; traditional training methods; technology-based training methods; employee development and career management; social responsibility: legal issues, managing diversity and career challenges; and the future of training and development; which is oriented towards making wise decisions as an entrepreneur.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa memahami konsep, teori, dan prinsip manajemen pelatihan
- Mahasiswa mampu menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan organisasi, pekerjaan, dan individu
- Mahasiswa mampu merancang program pelatihan yang efektif, termasuk tujuan, metode, materi, anggaran, dan jadwal
- Mahasiswa mampu melaksanakan implementasi pelatihan dengan memperhatikan transfer of training dan partisipasi peserta
- Mahasiswa mampu mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan menggunakan model evaluasi dan ROI
- Mahasiswa mampu mengintegrasikan program pelatihan dengan strategi SDM dan tujuan organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu menyusun laporan dan presentasi hasil pelatihan secara profesional
