Course Description
Through the use of ICT, reviewing references, analyzing proposals and research results, in this course students are responsible for mastering the concepts, principles and procedures of research methodology to be able to make decisions about their application in solving ABK education problems, including: the nature of research, approaches, characteristics, objectives, types -types and procedures of research, literature review, research design, data collection and analysis techniques, validity and reliability, instruments, and being able to prepare proposals by referring to the Undergraduate Thesis Writing Guidebook. Unesa includes: determining/finding problems, compiling topics/titles, background, methods: approach, type-design, variables, population and sample, literature review, framework, hypothesis, data collection and analysis, and instruments), and being able to carry out ABK research.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami konsep, prinsip, dan prosedur metodologi penelitian pendidikan (hakikat penelitian, pendekatan, tujuan, jenis-jenis, desain penelitian, teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data, validitas, reliabilitas, serta instrumen) dengan memanfaatkan sumber belajar digital dan referensi ilmiah terkini.
- Mahasiswa mampu menganalisis proposal dan hasil penelitian di bidang pendidikan ABK secara kritis melalui pemanfaatan TIK (aplikasi manajemen referensi, software analisis data, dan repositori ilmiah) untuk menilai kesesuaian masalah, kajian pustaka, kerangka pikir, metode, dan instrumen penelitian.
- Mahasiswa mampu menyusun proposal penelitian sesuai Buku Panduan Penulisan Skripsi S-1 Unesa (perumusan masalah, penyusunan judul, latar belakang, kajian pustaka, hipotesis, desain penelitian, variabel, populasi-sampel, teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data, serta instrumen), serta mampu merancang pelaksanaan penelitian untuk memecahkan permasalahan pendidikan ABK dengan berbasis TIK.
