Course Description
This course provides understanding and skills about the concept of profession, types of PNF professions, the relationship between PNF and PNF profession, PNF professional ethics, as well as policies related to PNF profession through explanations, discussions and presentations. Professional non-formal education discusses potential employment opportunities for non-formal education graduates, as well as directing students to have the competencies needed in the future. It is hoped that students will build their personality branding well. An indicator of the success of this course is if students have a comprehensive understanding of professions based on non-formal education, students are able to examine professional opportunities that can be developed in an ever-changing era.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Understand and master theories and concepts about the out-of-school education profession completely and contextually (C2)
- Menguasai konsep dan prosedur pengembangan masyarakat melalui pendekatan pendidikan luar sekolah secara kritis, kooperatif, komunikatif dan mampu memanfaatkan IT serta memiliki integritas dan karakter yang positif
- Characterize positive attitudes towards learning (A5)
- Creating a Non formal education program independently and in the field of entrepreneurship (C6)

Pertemuan 11 Students understand the professional development of PNF teaching and education staff -
Pertemuan 12 Students gain experience by reviewing theories and studying professional organizations that develop -
Pertemuan 13 Students gain experience by reviewing theories and studying professional organizations that develop -
Pertemuan 14 Students understand the PNF profession in development -
Pertemuan 15 Students examine cases of the PNF profession in development through mass media or program reports on PND programs in Indonesia. -
