Course Children‘s Clothing

Study the concept and manufacture of children‘s clothing. Understanding of the basic concepts of children‘s clothing, including understanding, age classification of children, characteristics/requirements for children‘s clothing, various materials, decorations, and sewing techniques for children‘s clothing. Making children‘s clothing starts from making and analyzing designs, choosing materials, measuring techniques, standard sizes, pattern construction, pattern placement, cutting, sewing techniques, making decorations, and finishing techniques for children‘s play and party clothes. Practical activities use the project based learning model in making children‘s play and party clothing by each student in observation, experimentation and discussion activities.
