Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the basics of management and provides students with the understanding and skills to be able to identify and evaluate business opportunities in the creative industry. Students will also be guided to be able to translate creative industry business opportunities into effective business plans in accordance with market developments. Lectures are delivered with theory and discussion strategies
