Course Description
This course teaches the meaning of ethics and codes of conduct, and examines how to respond and express opinions regarding various existing social phenomena. How to have good professional ethics and responsibility in all aspects of life, especially in the field of information technology.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Menjelaskan nilai, etika, dan budaya kerja di industri teknik mesin.
- Menganalisis kebutuhan kompetensi kerja dan kesiapan adaptasi di dunia industri.
- Menyusun CV, laporan profesional, dan melakukan komunikasi efektif melalui interview & presentasi kasus.

Pertemuan 2 & memberi contoh etika & budaya kerja. -
Pertemuan 3 Menganalisis pelanggaran etika kerja/K3 melalui studi kasus. -
Pertemuan 4 Membaca & memahami SKKNI bidang teknik mesin. -
Pertemuan 5 Menganalisis profil pekerjaan industri (operator CNC, teknisi perawatan). -
Pertemuan 6 Hardskill & softskill yang dibutuhkan industri. -
Pertemuan 7 Sikap kolaboratif dalam simulasi kerja tim. -
