Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami dan menganalisa alur penyelesaian kasus perdata di pengadilan negeri
- Mahasiswa mampu mengkomparasi surat kuasa umum dan surat kuasa khusus
- Mahasiswa mampu menganalisa unsur-unsur dalam sistematika penyusunan gugatan
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami dan menjelaskan opsi penyelesaian sengketa perdata secara non litigasi
- Mahasiswa mampu menjabarkan macam - macam putusan di bidang kasus perdata
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami etika profesi penegak hukum dalam kaitannya dengan penerapan hukum acara perdata di tahapan non-litigasi dan litigasi
